1. Data controller

TLOP v/Pietro Soli, Danish business registration (CVR) no. 43040383, is the data controller for the processing of personal data on this website. Enquiries about data protection can be sent to hi@thelifeofpiet.com.

2. What data we process

When you contact us by e-mail or text message (SMS): name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your message.

When your business is a customer of ours: contact details, agreement and invoicing details (including agreements made by SMS), and payment status. Payments are made via MobilePay, payment card or bank transfer; we never store your card details.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to answer enquiries (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), to perform agreements with customers (art. 6(1)(b)) and to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Data processors and recipients

We use Vercel (hosting and cookie-free web analytics), Google (e-mail) and Twilio (telephony and SMS) as data processors. Payments are processed by Vipps MobilePay A/S or by our payment and banking providers, which are independent data controllers for the payment transaction.

Some providers process data in the United States. Transfers are based on the EU Commission's adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses (SCC).

5. Retention

Ordinary enquiries are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Bookkeeping records, including invoices, are kept for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

6. Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies. Our web analytics (Vercel Analytics) is cookie-free. A single necessary functional cookie is set when logging in to protected pages.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and the right to restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to hi@thelifeofpiet.com to exercise a right.

8. Complaints

You can complain about our processing of personal data to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via datatilsynet.dk.
